Flax & Kale is a multi-category & omnichannel brand of flexitarian food experiences. The company started as a small vegetarian restaurant, one of the first ones of its kind to be opened in Spain, nowadays, they operate in 7 restaurants and are now preparing upcoming openings. In addition to the growth in its core business, hospitality, they invested in a R&D Innovation and Production Centre where ambitious projects are carried out in the categories of kombuchas, plant-based cheeses, plant-based meats and ready meals.
