We extrusion process dry-fractionated organic plant proteins of European origin (peas and faba beans). All products are 100% organic and allergen free (no soy and no gluten), high in protein and fiber and without additives. Our main product is textured plant proteins (TVPs). Products are very versatile - can replace meat 1:1, but also be used for pâtés, bread, cakes or fish.
