Trade Professionals:  Qualified trade professionals include retailers, distributors, food service professionals, restaurant professionals, manufacturers, investors, and members of the plant-based industry.

Bring the Entire Team:  We welcome multiple representatives from the same business, why not invite your colleagues? 

Press Passes:  Members of the press may apply for credentials, visit the press page for more information.

Exhibitor Staff Registration:  Exhibitor Registration will be available separately. Details of how to access this will be available through the exhibitor manual.

Selling to Exhibitors: We reserve the right to remove any attendees found to be selling to exhibitors on their stands.

Entry Policy:

AS A VISITOR, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF ENTRY:

1. Plant Based World Expo Europe is a trade-only Event. Visitors may be asked for proof of trade status upon arrival and Show Management may revoke badge/entry registration if trade status cannot be verified.
2. All Visitors must have a printed badge to access the Event.
3. Selling to Exhibitors is strictly prohibited and any Visitor seen to be violating this policy will be removed from the Event.
4. Visitors may take product samples when offered by Exhibitors and only enough to evaluate for potential business needs. Samples considered to be in excess may be confiscated on exit.
5. Students are not permitted to attend the Event unless by special request.
6. Children under 16 are not allowed entry to the Event.
7. Animals are not allowed at the show. The only exception is for service animals, which must be always kept under control in line with the venue policy.
8. Entrance to the Event closes each day at 16:00. There is no admittance after this time.
9. Show Management reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers and will make every attempt to notify Visitors of any changes or cancellations.
10. Show Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who in their sole discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive to the Event. Visitors failing to comply with the Terms of Entry may be asked to leave the Event.

I understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor when at the Event, I will be providing the exhibitor or sponsor with my personal data. I consent to this personal data being used to contact me about their products or services and understand that this partner or sponsor may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area for these purposes, and I consent to such transfer of my data. I also understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event Emerald X, LLC, and any third-party hosting provider acting on its behalf, to run the Event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for Visitors. If you wish to attend the Event, your data will be held to facilitate your visit, such as send you your badge and travel updates.
