Phil has been working with meat free pioneer, Quorn, for over four years. Joining in 2017 as a Business Unit Controller and quickly progressing to Head of Out of Home, until becoming Foodservice Director last year. 
 
Phil currently oversees the company’s European foodservice strategy and development. Working closely with the marketing, sales and culinary development teams to make meat free a staple on menus, whilst driving changes in sustainability and health with Quorn’s range of foodservice products. 
 
Bringing a wealth of commercial FMCG experience and insight to his role at Quorn, Phil has previously worked in commercial strategy at Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola, before enjoying many successes as Business Unit Manager in Convenience for the iconic biscuit brands at Burton’s Biscuits, including Jammie Dodgers and Maryland Cookies.
