
Gary Hardley is one of the co-founders of Plant Based School Kitchens with his wife Anna.
PBSK was formed from The Vegan Street Food Company one of Gary & Anna’s other businesses which cater for Gluten Free Vegans and was asked to undertake lunches at a local independent school.
Being the first of its kind in the UK they have had major interest from local authorities, governmental departments, international press & tv production crews to name but a few.
Their journey has been amazing and with the company being less than 12 months since serving their first plant-based school meal!
