Dr. Mariam AigbeSenior Research ScientistMeatless Farm
Dr. Mariam Aigbe is a Senior Research Scientist at Meatless Farm. She joined the Meatless Farm team in April 2019 as part of a very small R&D team and has been a huge part of its success growing from one market, now to globally across 20 markets.
Her work can be attributed to various awards that Meatless Farm have received for their innovation in plant-based food including its Meatless Mince, Chickenless Breast and new plant-based Fishless Tuna. Dr. Mariam brings her scientific perspective to this event with a PhD in Food Science & Technology at Huddersfield University.
